FREE SHIPPING IN THE U.S.

We offer free shipping in the U.S. Your order will ship within 1-2 business days after your payment has been verified. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 2 pm EST will ship the next business day. If you order after 2 pm EST on a Friday, your order will ship out on the following Monday.

RETURNS IN THE U.S.

Any brand new product can be returned within 15 days of delivery. The return fee will be deducted from your refund.

To make a return, please contact Customer Support at hello@qrtzbrand.com to schedule a return. Once scheduled, a return label will be provided via e-mail. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please note that products that show wear and tear cannot be returned.
